Here is a thoughtful note and message from Timothy Kigar the “Chaplain” of the Lapeer 2427 Eagles:
To all Eagle members and community. I am very concerned and you are all in my prayers in these difficult times. Please take the time to check in on your fellow Eagles and neighbors and friends. This can be a very difficult time for mental health when you can’t get out and see people. Also, if you need groceries or other errands ran around town and can’t get out or don’t want to go out due to exposure of the virus please give me a call and arrangements will be made to support you. That also goes for anyone who just needs to talk. Give me a call at 248-821-0742. If I don’t pick up please leave your name and number and I will call you back. Have a great day, let’s be good Eagles and neighbors and help each other out. I don’t have many responsibilities as “Chaplain” but this is something I can do for the club and community.
